ABOUT TI83R AND THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Conditions of Sale apply to any sales of TI83R products or services that you may order from TI83R LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 11155 NW 71 Ct, Parkland, FL 33076, USA (the "Selling Entity," "TI83R," "we," "us," or "our").

These Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made using the website www.ti83r.shop and any associated mobile or digital applications that refer to these Conditions of Sale (together, the "Platforms") or by telephone via our client relations center (the "Client Relations Center").

Please read these Conditions of Sale carefully. By placing an order through the Platforms or Client Relations Center (together, the "Sales Channels"), you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree, you may not place an order through the Sales Channels. Sales concluded through physical points of sale or third-party retailers are not subject to these Conditions of Sale.

UPDATES TO THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE

We may update these Conditions of Sale from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the Platforms and will apply to orders placed after the date of posting. Changes will not affect orders already accepted, except as required by applicable law.

PURCHASING ELIGIBILITY

Only individuals (not legal entities) who:

• are at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority;
• have legal capacity to enter into contracts; and
• provide a shipping address within countries to which we ship,

may place orders through the Sales Channels.

By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing for personal use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & QUANTITY

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Products shown but unavailable for purchase cannot be ordered.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders exceeding authorized purchase limits, without prior notice.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & GUEST CHECKOUT

You may place an order by creating an account or using guest checkout. Orders placed as a guest may still be recorded in our internal systems.

PERSONALIZED SERVICES

Certain products may be personalized. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of personalization content.

Personalized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, except where required by law.

ORDER PROCESS

The order process includes the following steps:

• 1. Add to Shopping Bag – Items added are not reserved until shipment confirmation.

• 2. Checkout – Review and confirm order details.

• 3. Payment – Submit payment information.

• 4. Order Placement – Submit order for processing.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate orders for reasonable grounds, including suspected fraud or prior payment disputes.

PRICES, TAXES & SHIPPING COSTS

Prices include applicable sales tax/VAT where required but exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

If pricing or shipping errors occur, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

PAYMENT

We accept payment methods displayed during checkout. All payments are subject to authorization and security checks.

Pre-payment does not affect your legal refund rights. Wire transfers must be received within seven (7) days or the order will be cancelled.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & ACCEPTANCE

Order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance.

Acceptance occurs upon Confirmation of Shipment, which forms a binding contract.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship only to approved destinations. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

If delivery does not occur within thirty (30) days of shipment confirmation, you may cancel and receive a refund for undelivered items.

Risk transfers upon delivery confirmation to the stated recipient.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Right to Cancel

You may cancel eligible orders within fourteen (14) days of receipt, except for personalized items.

Return Process

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and accessories. Proof of return shipment is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or required by law.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

MANUFACTURER'S GUARANTEE & CONSUMER RIGHTS

Certain products are covered by the TI83R Guarantee. This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

CODES, COUPONS & PROMOTIONS

Promotional codes are subject to availability, limitations, and abuse prevention. TI83R reserves the right to cancel or revoke promotions at any time.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions, colors, or dimensions are error- free.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TI83R's total liability shall not exceed 100% of the purchase price of the affected order.

Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any dispute arising from these Conditions of Sale shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Broward County, Florida.

You and TI83R waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitration, or representative proceedings.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

EU consumers may access Alternative Dispute Resolution via the European Commission ODR platform.
